Online hotel management system provider Frontdesk Anywhere releases its platform that tracks online bookings and automatically updates information sent to over 130 internet travel agencies including Expedia.com and Hostelworld.
SAN FRANCISCO, CA. - Online hotel management system provider Frontdesk Anywhere has launched its latest innovation that will transform how its clients process bookings made through international travel agents. The web-based platform will administer bookings through Wotif, Agoda, Hostel World, BookIT and more than 130 other online engines.
Through constant tracking of room availability, the channel manager software will immediately update all systems every time a customer books a room online. Keeping tabs on those scores of websites is a headache for hotel staff and creates confusion when rooms are booked but not registered immediately. The more than 130 sites currently planned for the rollout include Agoda, Expedia, Hotwire, Lastminute.com, Hotels.com, Hostelworld and Travelocity. With 43% of the online booking market, Expedia is a vital tool for many hotels while booking.com is Europe's largest travel agency.
