There continues to be strong growth in the Asian leisure and business markets, which is seeing a direct translation into a need for new - and refreshed - hotel product.
As a result, Asia is seeing spectacular growth in hotel product coming online, with tens of thousands of new room inventory being introduced to the market.
Additionally, hotelier industry surveys this year have been bullish in outlook, and results, for many parts of the region; with Thailand, Indonesia and Myanmar being particular standouts.
