Global Real-Time Support Ticketing for the Hotel Industry with Zendesk

February 20, 2011 SAN FRANCISCO - Put down that phone! Two-way support ticketing and conversations are coming to the hotel industry. Frontdesk Anywhere has partnered with Zendesk to bring innovative customer support ticketing to the lodging industry. The initial roll-out is within the Frontdesk Anywhere application.
