SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (January 24, 2011) – Frontdesk Anywhere, a leading web-based hotel property management software company, today announced the introduction of an online payment interface to Authorize.net that provides their joint customers with simplified credit card processing and collection. This new integration allows properties to charge their customers credit cards with a single click of a button from within the guest’s reservation and have the funds automatically transfer to the property’s bank account.
Frontdesk Anywhere customers in the United States will now be able to process payments from within their Frontdesk Anywhere account using the Authorize.net Internet Payment Gateway.
According to their website 86% of online purchases were made using credit cards and in 2009, $1 in $4 of U.S. E-commerce transactions were processed using Authorize.net and CyberSource platforms. Authorize.net is a CyberSource/Visa company, helping over 350,000 merchants fulfill their credit card processing needs.
